ICTS Announcement: ICTS have been made aware that some students are finding their passwords are not working when they try to logon to Office 365 e-mail. In the event that you find your logon works fine when logging onto the computers in the college, but does not work when accessing Office 365 email then please follow these steps from a college computer.
1. Once logged on to the computer, press Ctrl+Alt+Del
2. Select ‘Change a password’
3. Input your current password in the ‘old password’ field, followed by entering a new password and confirming the new password.
4. Once the password has been changed successfully, please allow up to 30 minutes for your password to update with the e-mail systems.
If you are unable to login into the college computers can you please contact either IT support on your site or the libraries.
